Ngoc Bich Thi Le of Scarborough was one of three students to receive The Friends of Art Award for Studio Arts for the 2006-2007 academic year at Trinity College, Hartford, Conn.

The award is given to students for exceptional achievement in painting, graphics, sculpture or photography.
