Fire and Rescue
Between July 24 and July 30, the Cape Elizabeth Rescue squad transported six patients to Maine Medical Center and three to Mercy Hospital.
On July 26, at around 7:15 p.m., the fire department responded to a smoke investigation on Stone Road.
On July 28, at around 4 p.m., the fire department responded to an odor investigation on Old Proprietor Road.

Turn it down
On July 20, loud music coming from a residence in the Ocean House Road area. A band was practicing for about a half hour. Police advised a band member that for the future he will need to keep the volume down or find a new place to practice. He was given a verbal warning for disorderly conduct for the noise.
Failed attempt
On July 21, at around 1 p.m., a resident of the Mitchell Road area reported an attempted forced entry into the residence. Pry marks were found on the door. No entry was gained.
From away
On July 22, at around 12:30 p.m., a resident of Massachusetts reported that she may have lost her wallet in the Two Lights Road area yesterday. The wallet contained credit cards and her drivers license.
Sign off
On July 24, at around 2 p.m. hours, a contractor working in the Ram Island Farm area reported that a sign he had posted in the area he was working was stolen. The sign was worth $60 and was stolen around the middle of the day.
Wheel of fortune
On July 29, at 11:15 a.m., a resident of the Mitchell Road area reported a stolen wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow disappeared sometime during the week and was valued at $150.
