Members of the South Portland-Cape Elizabeth Rotary Club and the Breakwater Daybreak Rotary Club presented Jim Ortiz, president of Souther Maine Technical College, a check to benefit international student scholarships. The Rotary clubs worked together on the recent third International Food Festival, which featured an array of dishes prepared by the students from their native countries.
