The Scarborough Public Library will not close for inventory on Dec. 27 and 28, as previously announced in the winter edition of the library’ newsletter. Instead, it will close on Wednesday, Jan. 2, and Thursday, Jan. 3, to complete the installation of a new heating and cooling system.
The installation is dependent on weather conditions, therefore patrons are encouraged to call the library at 883-4723 on those days and follow the prompts to access holiday and storm announcements. Updates will be recorded regarding any changes in closure dates.
