Tuesday: Senior WOW Coffee Time from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at Freaky Bean Coffee House, 360 U.S. Route 1. Seniors receive a 10 percent discount during this time.

Tuesday: Senior WOW 101 Series at the Scarborough Public Library, 10 a.m. “Scarborough History 101,” presented by John Lewis. To sign up, call Community Services at 730-4150.

Wednesday: Blood pressure readings at Hillcrest Recreation Center, 108 Hillcrest Ave., 10:30 a.m. Presentation at 11:30 a.m., Body/Mind Connection. Lunch, $3. To sign up, call 730-4150.

Friday, May 23: Bingo at Hillcrest, 11:30 a.m. Cost, $2

Transportation is available for Scarborough seniors to go to the South Portland Community Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays for drop-in exercise classes. Those interested should call Terri at at 730-4150.
