Broken window

On Wednesday, June 11, at about 1:59 a.m., a police officer on patrol noticed a broken window in the door of a local business. The building was secured and the owner notified.

Harrassment issue

On Wednesday, June 11, at about 2:15 p.m., police met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a harassment complaint. The suspect is known to the complainant. The complainant was advised of the available options.

Bad day

On Friday, June 13, at about 12:02 p.m., an officer responded to Cape Elizabeth Middle School to assist with an unruly student.

Matthew Carl Braun, 18, 34 Hunts Point Road, on Salt Spray Lane on charges of burglary and stealing schedule Y drugs.

Oryan Lahti, 19, 19 Lincoln St., Hallowell, on Salt Spray Lane, on a charge of burglary.

Andrew Blumenthal, 19, 10 Jordan Farm Road, on Salt Spray Lane on a charge of burglary.

Fire/Rescue calls

Between June 10 and June 14, the Cape Elizabeth Fire Department transported seven people to Maine Medical Center and four people to Mercy Hospital.

On June 10 at 6:46 p.m., the fire department responded to a fire alarm on Bowery Beach Road.

On June 12 at 1:58 p.m. police responded to a kitchen fire on Star Road.
