Abandoned bicycle

On Tuesday, Sept. 2, at approximately 10:30 a.m., police were called to the intersection of Route 77 and Old Ocean House Road for a report of an abandoned bicycle. Upon arrival, one purple, BMX-type bicycle was retrieved from a ditch. The bicycle had not been reported stolen. It was tagged and placed in the department garage.

Domestic situation

On Wednesday, Sept. 10, at approximately 8:50 a.m., police responded to a residence in the Ocean House Road area regarding a domestic situation.

Burglary complaint

On Thursday, Sept. 11, at about 2:15 p.m., police met with a resident of the Sawyer Road area regarding a burglary complaint. Missing from the residence was a television, some jewelry and cash.

Criminal mischief

On Thursday, Sept. 11, police met with a resident of the Fowler Road area regarding a possible criminal mischief complaint regarding deflaton of a vehicle tire.

Domestic disturbance

On Sept. 14 at 10:53 a.m., police responded to a residence in the Mitchell Road area for domestic disturbance. Police spoke with all parties involved and made arrangements for one subject to leave.

Nikolaos Kazakos, 37, Boothbay, on Ocean House Road, on charges of operating after suspension and violation of bail conditions and on two warrants for operation after suspension and unlawful use of license.

James Pattee, 47, Portland, on Shore Road on a charge of uninspected motor vehicle.

Sept. 15

Nina Etnieer, 23, 10 Olde Fort, on Shore Road on a charge of failing to produce insurance.
