An Otisfield man arrested for gross sexual assault was released on bail Oct. 16.
Thomas Nile, 24, of 49 Jugtown Road was charged with the crime after an investigation of an incident involving an adult female victim at a home in Naples earlier this month.
Nile was arrested while leaving work in Casco Oct. 14 and was held on $20,000 bail for two days. No date has been set for his appearance in Cumberland County Superior Court in Portland.
