The Friends of Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse in South Portland will host their annual holiday lighting on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 5 p.m. Hot cocoa and caroling will be a part of the approximately half-hour event.

All are invited to gather between the breakwater and the parking lot at the end of Fort Road, next to the Portland Harbor Museum on the campus of Southern Maine Community College in South Portland. Flashlights are recommended.
