Maine state law provides cable customers a pro-rated rebate for all cable services lost for at least six hours.

The rebate is available to all residential and commercial accounts.

The primary cable provider in southern Maine is Time Warner Cable. To contact the company about getting the rebate, call the customer service line at 800-833-2253. If you have a problem getting your rebate, contact the Consumer Assistance Division of the Public Utilities Commission at 800-452-4699.
