On Dec. 16, police met with a resident of Ocean House Road regarding a missing-person report. The missing person arrived home during the meeting.
Juvenile assault
On Dec. 18, police met with a person on Old Ocean House Road regarding an assault complaint involving juveniles. Police have contacted all subjects and parents.
e-Bay scam
On Dec. 18, police responded to a residence in the Fowler Road area regarding a possible e-Bay scam. A person attempted to buy a car through e-Bay and wired the money to the seller’s bank after agreeing on a price. Police contacted the bank and it agreed to put a hold on the money in the seller’s account and it contacted the seller. The seller contacted Cape Elizabeth police and made arrangements to return the buyer’s money. The money was returned.
Wood stove, anyone?
On Dec. 19, police met with a resident in the Shore Road area regarding the theft of a wood stove. The theft occurred a few days prior. The wood stove is valued at $100.

Jean Carol Sanchez, 24, Buxton, on Mitchell Road on a charge of receiving stolen property.
Monica Lee Cote-Goodhue, 18, Buxton, on Mitchell Road on a charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

Christopher Esty, 44, 23 Ridge Road, Cape Elizabeth, for failure to stop for stop sign.
