Kelsey Elizabeth Sheehan of Scarborough has been cited for outstanding academic achievement at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H.

The daughter of Michael L. Sheehan and Kathryn O. Sheehan, she was cited for distinguished work in a biology class and a physical and brain sciences class. At Dartmouth, faculty members submit citation reports on students when they believe the work merits recognition.
