At 10:20 p.m. Sunday, Westbrook police responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident in which a car had struck a porch at 26 Longfellow St., and then had rolled, trapping the four passengers. Rescue personnel extricated the people, all juveniles, who were transported to Maine Medical Center. The driver had fled the scene, but was located by police in the area about a half an hour later. Shaun Geisinger, 18, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and operating after suspension. Geisinger was also treated at Maine Medical Center for injuries, before being transported to Cumberland County Jail. He was still in jail Tuesday afternoon.
