Cape pitcher Andrew Guay was sharp in the season opener against Falmouth on April 16. Guay allowed just one run on only three hits in five innings in Cape’s 8-1 win. Guay also went 2-for-2 at the plate with two walks and three runs scored in the win.

Cape BB safe at home

Despite the Falmouth catcher Ben Burnes’ best efforts at putting the tag on Cape’s Andrew Guay in this second-inning play, Guay just slid in ahead of the ball for Cape’s fifth run of the game.
