Former Greely High boys’ basketball player and manager Patrick Thibodeau (center) along with Josh Titus of Edward Little, was recently honored at the Boston Celtics’ Heroes Among Us awards ceremony. The two young men received crystal engraved trophies at The Great Hall at the Massachusetts State House in Boston. Celtics Team President Rich Gotham, forward Brian Scalabrine, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Treasurer Timothy Cahill and play-by-play man Mike Gorman presented the awards. Thibodeau and Titus were previously honored at the NCAA men’s Final Four and appeared on the CBS Early Show.
