The Russ Haggett memorial scholarship race sponsored by Down East Ski Club is scheduled Sunday at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton. Registration at the base lodge will run from 8 to 10:30 a.m. The race will run from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A $10 registration fee will support the Russ Haggett memorial scholarship fund at Lake Region High. Registration for the Greater Lewiston-Auburn Triple Crown 5K Series will begin Monday at 9 a.m. Online registration and downloadable print forms will be available at www.triplecrown5k.com. Forms also will be available at the Lewiston-Auburn YMCA, 62 Turner St., Auburn. The series consist of three 5K races: June 12, July 25 and Aug. 29.
