Cheverus won its second state Class A boys’ basketball title Saturday night with a 55-50 win over Edward Little at the Cumberland County Civic Center.
Indiana Faithfull led the Stags (21-1) with 23 points. Cheverus held off a couple of Edward Little rallies at the start of the third and fourth quarters. Bo Leary led the Eddies (19-3) with 22 points.
