Kevin Wiercinski, a 1990 graduate of Brunswick High School, coached the boys’ basketball team at Lawrence Academy to an unbeaten season and the Class C New England Prep School championship.
The Spartans beat St. Mark’s 55-43 to finish their season at 29-0.
A 1994 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, Wiercinski teaches history at the Groton, Mass., school.
