CLINTON — Maine State Police say the body of a missing New Hampshire woman has been found in Clinton, a short distance from where her abandoned car was found along Interstate 95 in December.
Police say the body of Sarah Rogers, 29, of Barrington, N.H., was found Saturday afternoon in a wooded area, near power lines, within a half mile from where her car was located.
Rogers’ body was found off the southbound lane of the interstate by nearby residents who were looking on their property for signs of the missing woman. Police say there were no signs of foul play, but the cause of death will await an autopsy Monday at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Augusta.
