Gorham police charged a 15-year-old with criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon following a confrontation between the youth and his father Saturday, police said.

Police were called to Wassamski Springs campground at 9 p.m. for a disturbance and found a man who had been cut by a knife. The man told police he was cut trying to disarm his son, who had been threatening him, police said.

Police did not release the boy’s name because he is a juvenile.
