SPHS hosts yard sale
fundraiser May 15
SOUTH PORTLAND — The business basics class at South Portland High School is hosting a yard sale on the school’s Highland Avenue lawn from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, May 15.
In addition to items for sale, there will also be a Key Club BBQ, a moon bounce for children and a staff dunk tank for entertainment.
Profits from the yard sale will be donated to a local charity.

An Odyssey of the Mind team from Holy Cross School qualified to represent South Portland for the fifth year in a row at the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals held this year at Michigan State University on May 26-29. To fund the team’s trip to Michigan, a bake sale and book fair will be held on Wednesday, May 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nonesuch Books in Millcreek.
