The Gorham Public Safety Departments will hold the Guns N Hoses golf scramble at 8 a.m. Sept. 9 at Gorham Country Club. The tournament is a fundraiser to sponsors scholarships for students graduating from Gorham High. The sponsorship fee is $325 for a team of five players. The Golf for the Health of It golf tournament and barbecue, to benefit the Sacopee Valley Health Center Endowment Fund, will be held at 8 a.m. Sept. 16 at Province Lake Golf Club. The fee is $85 for individuals, or $400 for a gold sponsor (hole sponsor, ad in program, foursome). Additional tickets for the barbecue at 2 p.m. are $15. The entry deadline is Sept. 9.
