BATH — California celebrity chef Bernard Guillas will be signing his debut cookbook and preparing two international dishes during an appearance in Bath on Saturday.
Guillas and chef Ron Oliver, both of the Marine Room Restaurant in La Jolla, Calif., have just published “Flying Pans – Two Chefs, One World,” which features their personal travel stories and anecdotes. Their book contains more than 100 recipes from 40 different countries.
Guillas will appear from noon to 2 p.m. at Now You’re Cooking, 49 Front St., Bath. In addition to signing books, he’ll prepare an Ahi Tuna Lollipop with Ginger Macadamia Sauce from Fiji.
He’ll also make Isla de Vieques Vanilla Spiced Shrimp and a Strawberry Rose Bubbles Cocktail from Puerto Rico.
