The Cancer Community Center in South Portland will hold a Fight Back Weekend fundraiser at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester on Sept. 25 and 26. The weekend features the Not Dead Yet bike ride and lobster bake on Sept. 25 and the Combat Cancer 10K trail race and the Hit the Trails walk or stroll on Sept. 26.
