EDWARD W. DOHERTY JR. of Portland, died Monday in Portland. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 24, 2010, at Conroy-Tully Crawford Funeral Home, 172 State St., Portland. Prayers will be recited at 9:15 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 25, at the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Congress Street, Portland.
