DEAN HOWE formerly of Saco, died Wednesday in Fresno, Calif. Private services are being held in California at a later date. In Maine, we are holding a celebration of life at the North Saco Congregational Church Hall on Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010. Hours are 12-2 p.m. The hall is located at the end of the Flag Pond Road in Saco.
