PORTLAND — Police are still searching for a third suspect following a series of what appear to be random assaults in downtown Portland this week.
Police received reports of three unprovoked attacks and one case where three men chased another man. Shortly afterward, police charged two men who were identified by one of the victims.
Police charged David Brochu, 22, of Windham and Christopher Conley, 22, of Portland with assault and robbery.
