PAUL G. PICARD of Dover, N.H. and formerly of Springvale, died Tuesday in Dover, N.H. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. at the Notre Dame Church of St. Thérèse of Lisieux Parish in Springvale. Burial with military honors will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery in Sanford. Arrangements are under the direction of the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale.
