HOWARD ERNEST NELSEN of Kennebunk and Biddeford, died Sept. 22 in Kennebunk. Interment will be at Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery, Springvale. Funeral arrangements are by Bibber Memorial Chapel, Kennebunk.
