Basic customer service online training resources for small businesses in Maine are now available for free through a collaboration between the Maine Woods Consortium and the Maine Small Business Development Centers. “Customer Service: Exceeding Customer Expectations,” can be found at www.MaineSBDC.org under “Online Workshops.” Other training options for both employees and management are available.
