We the taxpayers are co-signers on billions of dollars of state borrowing. This has great potential to trickle down to the local municipalities. Maybe the Falmouth Town Council is not aware of more shortfalls coming our way, as the council is looking at expanding the financial burden in Falmouth and they believe they can make the Lunt/Plummer-Motz project ” net neutral,” please talk to them about their vision and reality. Lets use some common sense and look at facts.
