PORTLAND — The Maine Red Claws kept their playoff hopes alive at least temporarily this afternoon, overcoming a 16-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat the Texas Legends in overtime, 107-105, at the Portland Expo.

Magnum Rolle, who forced the overtime with an offensive rebound dunk with 9.5 seconds left, scored the winning points on a 15-foot bank shot from the right.

Rolle finished with 16 points. DeShawn Sims led Maine with 30 and Mario West had 22.

Maine (16-28) could still be eliminated from the playoffs if Fort Wayne wins its game at Iowa tonight.
