NEW FACES

• Caitlin Brown joined the design team at Hall Internet Marketing Solutions. Brown graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2009 with a degree in business and marketing. She previously worked as an advertising account executive.

• Steven Flynn joined Norway Savings Bank as vice president and senior commercial credit analyst with the bank’s commercial lending department. Flynn has more than 25 years of professional credit research and analysis experience.

• Karen Jones rejoined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as an associate broker. Jones, of Falmouth, has been a Portland-area Realtor for more than 12 years and is a member of the Portland Board of Realtors.

• Scott Carlson joined Allen Insurance and Financial. Carlson, of Camden, was a partner and client consultant at Links Online Marketing, a website development and Internet marketing business in Bangor.

• Dr. Henry Skinner and Paula Urbach joined the psychiatric team at Sweetser in Brunswick. Skinner, an adolescent and adult psychiatrist, will conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric medication management, with a focus on children and adolescents. Urbach is an advanced- practice psychiatric nurse and will provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric medication management for adults.

PROMOTIONS

• Greg Gilbertson was named store manager for Day’s Jewelers’ South Portland location. Gilbertson has worked for Day’s for the past 10 years. He was previously the vice president of operations in its corporate office, and most recently managed its Auburn store.

• Ken Rusinek, manager of the composite boatbuilding program at The Landing School, was named interim director of education. Rusinek will split his professional responsibilities between the boatbuilding program and the administration of the school’s educational program. He has more than 30 years of experience in the marine industry and marine industry education.
