Wabanaki culture program
Colonial-era Wabanaki culture and history will be spotlighted at the Camden-Rockport Historical Society’s Maine Living talk at 2 p.m. Saturday at Conway Homestead-Cramer Museum complex, off Route 1.

Workshops about dementia
Hospice of Southern Maine and the Alzheimer’s Association will present several 90-minute workshops to help families cope with and support a loved one who is dealing with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
Carol Palmer, a registered nurse and program director AT Maine chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, will lead the programs. They will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Bay Square at Yarmouth, 27 Forest Falls Drive, Yarmouth; 3 to 4:30 p.m. Monday at the Monarch Center, 392 Main St., Saco; and 2:15 to 3:45 p.m. April 14 at The Cedars, 630 Ocean Ave., Portland.

Fundraiser for the Bigs
Big Moose Harley-Davidson in Portland and Joshua’s Restaurant and Tavern are teaming up to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters Southern Maine.
Joshua’s is offering specials on drinks and food from 4 to 8 p.m. today at 123 Main St. The restaurant will donate $1 from each pint of beer sold and $2 for every pizza sold to Big Brothers Big Sisters.
