AUGUSTA — Maine tourism officials are touting a new brochure guide and website that feature performing arts organizations, venues and events around the state.
The guide and website were created by the Maine Office of Tourism to highlight Maine’s diverse performing arts offerings.
The free, 15-page guide provides information on more than 20 theaters, festivals, arts centers and organizations involved in music, dance, film or stage productions. The website, www.maineperforms.com, brings visitors to the Office of Tourism website where the guide can be downloaded and web links are provided for each listing in the guide.
The guide is also available at Maine visitor information centers and select performing arts organizations and locations.
