Army Pvt. Brant J. Lucier, a 2008 graduate of Scarborough High School, is stationed at Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas, with the 4-1 Field Artillery, First Armored Division. Lucier was recently recognized as Soldier of the Month for the unit and received the Army Achievement Medal. He will deploy to Afghanistan in the fall.
