Juliette Jean Menard, 90, passed away at the Seaside nursing home in Portland on May 30. A memorial Mass will be held at Most Holy Trinity, Good Shepherd Parish, Main Street, Saco, on Saturday, June 18 at 10:30 a.m. A luncheon will follow. John Russell Parker, 86, of Springvale, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, June 4, 2011, shortly after the SHS graduating Class of 2011 received its diplomas. We, his family, acknowledge this as a fitting tribute to a man whose life was dedicated to a profession he loved and at which he excelled. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, June 7 from 4-7 p.m. at the Carll-Heald & Black Funeral Home, 580 Main St., Springvale. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8 at the Springvale First Baptist Church, 429 Main St., with Pastor Michael Lauziere officiating. Reception to follow. Mark E. Valliere, 56, formerly of Biddeford, passed away Jan. 23, 2011 in Palm Springs, Calif. A graveside service will be held at St. Joseph’s cemetery on Thursday, June 9, 2011 at 2 p.m.
