RAYMOND — The state Fire Marshal’s Office said that a fire in a church on Raymond Hill Road is an arson.
The fire at Raymond Hill Baptist Church started about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. Sgt. Joel Davis of the state Fire Marshal’s Office said the church is likely reparable.
Investigators are asking that anyone with information about suspicious people in the neighborhood Tuesday evening contact the state Fire Marshal’s Office or the arson hotline at (888) 870-6162.
