A man charged with robbing a Hannaford pharmacy in South Portland also was charged this morning with the same crime in Portland.

Zachery Wildman, 36, of Westbrook had his initial appearance in Portland District Court today in which he was charged with two counts of robbery.

Wildman was arrested in connection with the robbery of the Hannaford on Philbrook Road in South Portland at 9 a.m. on Monday. He had handed the pharmacist a note demanding pills.

Wildman also was charged with an identical robbery at the Hannaford at 787 Riverside St. in Portland on Wednesday.
