Joseph Binette, 80, of Washington, D.C. and formerly of Biddeford, passed away on Oct. 2, 2011. Per his request, there will be no memorial service. He will be buried in Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, Va.
Judith E. MacGillivray, 73, of Biddeford Pool, died Monday, Oct. 3, 2011 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice in Scarborough following a six-month battle with pancreatic cancer. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 7, 2011 at Union Church in Biddeford Pool, followed by a luncheon at the Biddeford Pool Community Club. Burial will be next spring in Biddeford Pool Memorial Garden. Arrangements are by Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005.
