Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Joseph M. Regan is returning to Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., after being deployed to Afghanistan, serving in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Regan graduated from South Portland High School in 1999. He is an occupational therapy assistant with the 883rd Medical Company, Boston, and is a Rochester, N.H., resident.
