Just in time for Christmas, the town of Jackman turned out Thursday to welcome back a hometown hero.
Army Sgt. Timothy Gilboe, 25, who last week was awarded the Silver Star for heroism during a firefight in Afghanistan last April, rode in a parade down Main Street to cheers from the close-knit community in which he grew up.
