TOPSHAM — The Midcoast Symphony Orchestra plans to perform concerts at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 14 at the Franco-American Heritage Center in Lewiston and at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 15 at the Orion Performing Arts Center at Mt. Ararat Middle School.

The orchestra will perform works by Shostakovich, Mahler, Dvorak and Dukas.

Tickets cost $17 for adults. Those age 18 and younger will be admitted free. Tickets are on sale at Gulf of Maine Books on Maine Street in Brunswick, Now You’re Cooking on Front Street in Bath, and the Franco- American Heritage Center on Cedar Street in Lewiston.
