BRUNSWICK — A Cumberland County grand jury indicted a 20-yearold Bath man for unlawful sexual contact in a case police say involves a Brunswick juvenile.

Joseph Plummer, 20, of 5 Bumpy Hill Road, Bath, was arrested by Brunswick police the afternoon of Oct. 6, 2011.

The grand jury indicted him Jan. 6 for an incident that allegedly occurred in August 2011 in Brunswick.

On Wednesday, Deputy Chief Marc Hagan of the Brunswick Police Department declined to release additional information about the case.
