FREEPORT — January’s Freeport Chamber Breakfast Forum is titled “ Creating Customer Loyalty” with Jeanne Carpenter, Emerald Hospitality Group’s regional director of sales.
Carpenter has 25 years experience in the Hilton Hotel family and will “share tips for developing your customers into your biggest fans.”
The forum will run from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Freeport Community Center, 53 Depot St. Admission is $5 for members or $10 for non-members.
On Feb. 16, the Chamber Breakfast Forum will be led by Dr. Jim Hendricks and is titled, “Stress — Is It Taking a Toll on Your Business?”
