Whitby Prescott Tousignant, 7 months old, son of Rebeccah C. Schaffner-Tousignant and Peter M. Tousignant, of Sawyer Street in South Portland, died on Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012 at Maine Medical Center in Portland, of congestive heart failure.
