2/4 Jon Westerlund, 27, of Pine Hill Drive, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on a charge of violation of condition of release.

2/12 at 12:48 a.m. Robert Gilley, 35, of Alexander Reed Road, Richmond, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on Middle Street on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

Summonses

2/9 Jami Bellefleur, 25, of Stanwood Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Crescent Street on a charge of operating with a suspended license.

“I fought the law, and the law won”

2/12 at 12:40 a.m. Police responded to the report of a man being found in a Middle Street resident’s house. The resident saw him walk out of the house, and police found Robert Gilley, 35, of Alexander Reed Road, Richmond, outside the house. He was reportedly intoxicated and became belligerent, squaring off with officers in an attempt to battle them when warned to quiet down. Gilley was reportedly brought to the ground, and Officer Brett McIntire arrested him on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.
