A Maine author and illustrator team will take the place of Nathan Walker at Saturday’s 2:30 p.m. children’s session “Let’s Draw!” during this weekend’s Maine Festival of the Book.
Walker has the flu and illustrator Sandra Waugh and author Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino will take his place.
Waugh and Hamilton-Guarino are the creative duo behind “Pinky Doodle Bug.” The session is geared to children ages 3 to 8 and will explore the process of creating a children’s book.
