Bridgton Hospital Diabetes Clinic will offer a four-part Diabetes Education Program from 6 to 8 p.m. April 18, 19, 23 and 25 in the hospital’s boardroom. The series requires physician referrals and early registration is recommended.

A town Shade Tree Program is offering residents an opportunity to purchase up to two trees, valued at $320 apiece, for just $48 each. Tree varieties include red maple, sugar maple, two varieties of crabapple, Japanese tree lilac, callery pear and red oak.

The offer is possible via a Project Canopy Grant that Camden was awarded from the Maine Forest Service and USDA Forest Service community forestry program. Order deadline is April 13.
