PORTLAND (AP) — A toddler who disappeared from her father’s home in December in Waterville is turning 2 years old.

The family of Ayla Reynolds will mark the occasion with balloons and birthday cake during a vigil today for the missing girl in Portland’s Monument Square. The event is being sponsored by the family of mother Trista Reynolds and nonprofit LostNMissing, Inc.
